Our Quality Assurance team or more popularly called as the Testing function in the IT industry offers a variety of services or solutions entailing structural testing of applications. This covers automation of functional testing or automation of any manual process in Web applications, Web Service APIs, Mobile applications, Backend (database/big data), CI/CD implementation, Cloud Automation, DevOps, Self service Automation, AI-powered Testing.
The function is categorised into four key services -
- Testing delivery - The service here takes delivery responsibility for an agreed testing scope. This includes test management, test analysis and/or system integration testing, regression testing and/or acceptance testing during Build & Run.
- Test automation - This service covers the automation of functional testing of an ICT solution. It can cover both the creation of new test automation or take over the maintenance of existing test automation.
- Staffing Test management & coordination - Test management at the program or project level includes test planning (scope & strategy), test effort estimation, test scheduling, and test coordination & control.
- Test Analyst/Test Engineer staffing - Functional test analysis and test execution activities delivered by a Test Engineer or Test Analyst, Test automation and/or mobile testing delivered by a Test Engineer. The service is delivered by assigning one or more Test Engineer(s) and/or Test Analysts in a people delivery model.
