Our hiring process

We screen your application against the profile we are looking for. You can expect a call within a week or 10 days if you resume is shortlisted.  

Our Talent Acquisition Partner will make  an acquaintance call to evaluate your understanding of the role, how soon you can start with us, your location preferences and your salary expectations.  

Soon after a technical assessment, you can expect a couple of interview rounds with the hiring manager, and global team counterpart to understand you as a person, your aspirations and explain the job expectations in detail. 

A consensus between us will mark the onset of our preparation to welcome you onboard!
