Collaborate with Technical Architects, Functional Analysts, and Business Process Analysts to grasp project requirements.
Review low-level designs and code while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and provide guidance to the team.

Skills and Abilities:
Extensive expertise in mainframe technologies such as PL/I, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
Advanced understanding of database systems, particularly IDMS & DB2, and related tools.
Proficient with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, and Jira.
Expertise in developing pipelines for CI/CD processes.
Experience in working with different IDE’s, particularly IDz.
Skilled in conducting 'Impact Analysis' and 'Work Package Estimation' for complex PL/I applications.
Should be well-versed in SOAP and REST concepts and have experience in developing RESTful services.
In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
Working knowledge of Traditional & Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in end-to-end testing for complex projects.
Strong project planning and execution skills ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
Motivated to learn and mentor team members.
Retail Domain expertise is advantageous.
Experience in Mainframe modernization/automation projects is beneficial.
