Product Engineer (ServiceNow)

Servicenow Developer with administration and implementation experience of ServiceNow modules to meet the business needs. Resource with in depth of understanding of the ITIL processes and sound knowledge on platform features with rich hands-on with administration activities


  • Provide support and maintain the platform/Tools as per the agreed service levels (Available, Stable, Performant, Usable and Maintainable) – Servicenow tooling
  • Perform implementation tasks, including configuration, integration, testing, requirements analysis and solution design
  • Worked on full-scale implementation of atleast 2 Servicenow modules (ITSM/FSM/ITBM/HAM/HRSD/…)
  • Design, develop and configure out of the box workflows, forms, scripts and create / maintain custom objects to meet business requirements using agile methodologies
  • Facilitate workflow enhancements to the ServiceNow application including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions
  • Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs
  • Understand the business needs and rapidly prototype new solutions
  • Good hands on experience on ServiceNow integration with other application/system Using SOAP, REST, JSON
  • As part of Ombuds, Work with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
  • Take active part in platform upgrades (impact analysis, identify upgrade path, realize)
  • Proactively work on limiting the customizations, demo the useful features, optimize license/support costs
  • Extensive experience in creating/adapting ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Identifies opportunities for asset reuse that reduces overall solution cost and development time

Experience: 3+ yrs

Qualification: BE/BTech
