Description of the team / service :

The Application Servers team as part of the Infrastructure & Operations division, technically responsible for the delivery, support and maintenance of application servers such as IBM Web Sphere Servers and application developed in Java, php which runs on IBM Web Sphere servers. The customer facing applications, among which e-commerce sites of the group, are built on platforms such as IBM WebSphere Commerce, IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM Pure Apps, Drupal, Web Methods etc.

The team is also responsible for a number of systems that are related to the building and deployment of the applications, such as Rational Team Concert and F5’s BIG-IP, reverse proxy and Web Application Firewall.

As an expert we expect you will also participate in projects, preparing and installing application servers, middleware or other related components.
